If repairs are unsuccessful, we will send a replacement. Prepaid shipping label(s) and instructions will be sent to your email. This warranty also applies beyond 30 days, forever, to all unopened items.

• Shipping error: If tracking & original address details indicate that an order did not arrive at the correct address or did not arrive at all, we will ship you a replacement.
